Johnson is the Registered Manager for Shrewsbury Court Independent Hospital and Caldicott Guardian for Whitepost Health Care Group. He qualified as a Mental Health Nurse & General Nurse with over 30 years clinical experience. Johnson is an Alumni of Greenwich School of Management and is a Chartered Manager and a member of the Chartered Management Institute; he enjoyed five years working experience in the NHS before moving to the Independent Sector in 2000. Johnson has worked in and managed Psychiatric Intensive Care, Low Secure Rehabilitation Unit, and Acute Wards and is a Co-Founder and a Trustee of the International Association for Psychiatric Nurses.
Dr Oladinni had his basic and higher psychiatry training at UMDS (United Medical and Dental School of Guys and St. Thomas, London). He has extensive experience in forensic, acute psychiatric care with expertise in intensive care for adults, children and adolescents and liaison consultation. Published in areas such as Mental Health Act issues, Malingering, General Practitioners' Management of Depression and Psychiatry of Epilepsy.
Dr Tareen is a Consultant Psychiatrist with extensive experience of assessment and management of mental health problems in adults with learning disabilities. Having obtained her Certificate of Completion of Specialist training (CCST) in Psychiatry of Learning Disability, she has worked extensively with people with learning disabilities both within inpatient hospital settings as well as within community settings. She has a special interest in Neurodevelopmental Disorders including Autism Spectrum Disorders and ADHD, is a member of the Neurodevelopmental Disorder Special Interest Group of the Royal College of Psychiatrists as well as being a member of the Faculty of Psychiatry of Intellectual Disability.
Dr Francis Inwang is a Consultant Psychiatrist in Learning Disabilities with a specialist interest in Autism Spectrum and other Neurodevelopmental Disorders. He is a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists and a fellow of the Higher Education Academy with a Master of Arts degree in Medical Education. Dr Inwang qualified as a Medical Doctor in November 1988 and his experience in Learning Disabilities span a 16-year career both in the NHS and the private sector. He has worked as a Consultant managing patients with learning disabilities and psychiatric co-morbidities and challenging/offending behaviour since 2012.
Sal is qualified as a mental health nurse (RMN) with experience in Learning Disabilities and a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & healthcare sector. Skilled in clinical risk reduction/risk management, performance management, regulatory compliance, hospitals, mental health and social care. Sal is professional graduate from the Institute of Leadership and Management and Chartered Management Institute (Member CMI). Sal currently serves as Clinical Ward Manager for LD/ASD service at Shrewsbury Court Independent Hospital.
Donna is our Mental Health Law Officer and has worked within Mental Health services since 1999 when she started at Amersham Hospital in Buckinghamshire as an Assistant Mental Health Act Administrator. Donna spent 10 years of her career at South West London & St Georges Mental Health NHS Trust as the Mental Health Act Manager covering MHA offices in five London Boroughs where she started initiatives co-working with the Police and General Hospitals within the area. Donna has also been an Independent Hospital Manager and Mental Health Consultant for both NHS and Private Hospitals.
Wilson is an HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist with over 12 years of experience. He has worked in both in-patient and out-patient services with people diagnosed with depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and psychotic disorders, along with those affected by political violence and forced migration. He recognises the importance of a patient-focused approach which provides ground for the psychological treatment of people with complex mental health conditions. He has undertaken research in topics related to adolescence, depression, suicidal behaviour, mental health, institutionalisation and risk assessment, and has recently finished a PhD with UCL on the topic of mentalisation.
Dr Santos has over 17 years’ experience with complex and severe mental illnesses across secure and rehabilitation services, NHS and Private, where he worked with schizophrenia, Personality Disorder and further specialisation with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Substance misuse rehabilitation. Dr Santos also supervises other qualified Psychologists in NHS and private sector and has previous managerial experience as head of Psychology, SaLT and Art Therapy Departments.
