At Shrewsbury Court Independent Hospital we always welcome comments and concerns from our patients, their carers or families, commissioning bodies and stakeholders
In the first instance, our team will seek to resolve any concerns informally. If this is not possible, any concerns will be dealt with in confidence and in a sensitive manner; please be assured that this will not adversely affect the quality of care that the individual providing feedback will receive.
We welcome feedback from our stakeholders to help us continuously improve our service by listening and learning.
In the first instance, all feedback should be referred to the Hospital Director. If you are not satisfied with the response you have received, or you wish to take the matter further, you may provide feedback directly to the General Manager of the company at the address below. If your matter is not resolved, you can contact The Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman to advice Line on 0345 015 4033 or email them via https://www.ombudsman.org.uk/.
Our regulator the CQC (Care Quality Commission) is not responsible for resolving individual concerns but do want to hear from stakeholders who experience or know about poor care, as they use this information when inspecting services such as ours. They can be contacted via https://www.cqc.org.uk/ or via 03000 616171
