Relevant Experience

If you are looking for a role as a RMN, Support Worker, Therapy Support Worker, or want to work in our Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, Activities, Administration, Maintenance, Catering or Housekeeping departments, we welcome applications from candidates who have relevant qualifications and transferable experience or skills.
For Support Workers, Catering Assistants and Domestic Assistants, formal qualifications are not essential as training will be given. If we see in you the right attitude and motivation to learn, then we can train you in the skills needed to deliver excellent care and set you up in a career with lifelong opportunities.

Relevant Qualifications

All our nurses must be NMC registered, as must professionals within the multidisciplinary team, who will be expected to be registered with their particular professional body.


We’re looking for individuals that are cheerful, positive, patient, encouraging, happy, enthusiastic - we put patient and resident needs at the heart of everything we do.


References will be required, evidencing work history going back a minimum of three years and we will need to undertake police checks by way of a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service)
