We wanted to share the continued progress we’re making on reducing the average length of stay for our patients. Excluding five outliers, we have achieved 10.5 months.
In the last twelve months, we have discharged 28 patients, of which 23 went to either supported accommodation in the community, open rehab or their own homes.
As ever, we always have our patient’s welfare front-of-mind but we know we share the same objective as our CCG and NHS contacts that, wherever possible, we want our patients healthy, confident, and ready for rehabilitation as soon as they are able. It’s a win-win for everyone concerned.
If you’d like to learn more about how our clinical team is achieving these fantastic results feel free to get in touch with us; we’d be delighted to share with you our approach.
